Everoad is your sole point of contact when you carry out a transport.
Therefore, in case of consequent delay, waiting or late cancellation of the offer by the sender, you can claim compensation from Everoad.
This management is done on a case-by-case basis.
To do this, it is necessary to:
- Make enquiries on the delivery note!
- Contact us (within 3 working days) on contact@everoad.com
- Provide all the details that could be useful for your file (waiting hours, photos of the loading point or delivery if the dispute is related to that etc.)
